Returns & Refunds policy

At Aventura Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale, unless faulty

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

A full refund, or A replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

In cases of confirmed defects, return shipping costs will be covered by Aventura Gear.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@aventuragear.co.uk with the subject line: Return Request – Order

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • In cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Aventura Gear will cover the return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.
